In summary Alert Trader will provide you with 48 “Mind Your Markets” Weekly Newsletters per year.

It will also produce “Chart Attack” alerts as and when we see fit. We expect an average of 2 to 3 of these per week.

We reserve the right to make these separate services

Please note, we intend to take “two weeks” holidays in July and January to recharge the batteries. During this period there will be NO ALERTS and NO FILES on our website.

Performance

Our hypothetical trading record will track recommendations made for our “Chart Attack” service

We will always have protective stops in place. Even though we recognise that we will not get every trade right, we believe that the most important aspect of trading successfully is to minimize our losses and allow our profitable positions to run as markets trend.

In other words we are looking for a risk/reward ratio of at least 3 to 1 or higher with every new trade.

The trades recorded will consist of both long and short trades (in other words we will “buy” or “sell” shares) at particular levels and place protective stops at all times.

The stops will be (SOC) “stops on close” which means that you will need to evaluate the position yourself or with your broker on the last half hour of every day to exit the position if you think it will close below our predetermined level.

Continuous Billing

Once you have subscribed, you do not have to worry about renewing and resubmitting your credit card details every time it’s up for renewal.

We have developed a continuous billing system with our bank and the gatekeepers (Secure Pay), so that your card will be charged by our bank at the end of the prepaid period for your next subscription.

You reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time as long as ALERT TRADER is notified in writing!

Cancellations

All subscriptions are in effect until ALERT TRADER is notified of cancellation in writing. Cancellation does not warrant reimbursement for services rendered or provided, cancellation of newsletter service will be effective at the end of the calendar month in which we receive notification.

Advanced Payments

All fees are to be paid in advance and are non refundable once the calendar month has begun. We provide a “quality assurance” money back guarantee which is valid for 14 days after subscribing.

This means that to receive a refund, you must establish that a misrepresentation was made, or establish that there was a serious fault with the website or our delivery service of the product (PDF file) to you.

You must begin the process by notifying us in writing ASAP.

How We Provide Our Services

Our services are provided by, but not limited to, the following services: Email, Website, SMS, Computer DeskTop delivery software. As new communications develop we will asses them for our purposes.

Chart Attack is time critical and we ask that you use our Desk Top Delivery software, check your emails regularly and when it is available provide your Mobile phone details for SMS..
 
Alert Trader disclaims responsibility for any communications disruptions that hinder timely receipt of signals.

Viruses

Alert Trader does not warrant that any information obtained from or through this website or any of our delivery services is free of computer viruses. It is your responsibility to scan any such information.

Computer/Software Incompatibilities

Alert Trader will endeavour to provide its products on the most popular platforms available. At present these are Windows XP Pro, Adobe Acrobat 6.0x. Alert Trader will not be held responsible for non operational of our service on non standard computers or software. If you have a problem please contact us for an alternative.

If we believe you are in breach of the terms and conditions or the law, Alert Trader may warn you by Email, post or fax and without notice suspend your access to its website and services.
We may also notify and provide relevant information to any appropriate government agency or authority.
 

Termination

Your rights under these conditions may be terminated at any time by Alert Trader by email post or fax. All terms and Conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability will still apply after termination.
